Staff Profiles Mark Wilcox

Co-founder and principle Director of Brite Services.   Mark has around 30 years industry experience at front-line and senior management level including a spell serving on Manpower’s UK Management Board.  Logistics, manufacturing, banking, complimentary workforce management, nationwide permanent campaigns and tailored recruitment solutions are just some of the areas which he has extensive experience.  In the community Mark is a trustee of Young Bristol, a highly successful organisation bringing clubs, activities and opportunities to thousands of young people in the area.

Nicky led the expansion of Brite into the Devon and South West market with great success and as Operations Director has a specialised knowledge of the Electronics Sector as well as a huge range of experience in the general market.  Nicky has previously worked in a Regional role for one of the world’s leading recruitment service providers and has also worked in Human Resources for the NHS.

Elinor brings 12 years front line commercial recruitment experience including seven years specialising in Legal Recruitment in the South West. As head of Brite Legal Recruitment Eli maintains a very strong knowledge base and focus on the numerous factors which influence career movement in this sector.
 
 
Staff Profiles Andrea Wilcox

Fifteen years in the industry, Andrea began her career with Manpower plc in Bath - successfully establishing this worldwide brand into the local Office Services market in a five-year period. She has subsequently run multi-million pound contracts across the West Country and was central to the establishment of Brite Recruitment in the Bristol/Bath region nearly 10 years ago. Andrea is now based from the Newton Abbot offices – covering an area which stretches from Exeter to Cornwall. 
 
Staff Profiles Barbara Hunter

Barbara has recently joined the team, having returned to the UK after 10 years working in Europe. With a background in Marketing & Tourism she has previously recruited, multi-lingual guides to work throughout Europe and more recently promotional staff for a UK based Company. Barbara's naturally friendly personality along with her ability to build client relationships and understand their needs, has been her key to offering a really good service.
 
 
Staff Profiles Rebecca Hill

Rebecca joined the team as Branch Administrator after moving to Bristol a few years ago. She is rapidly developing her current role within Brite and becoming more involved with the day to day recruitment, face to face interviewing, sales and marketing. For 13 years Rebecca held the position of Deputy Superintendent Registrar at Chelsea Register Office - where she performed marriage ceremonies and registered births and deaths.

Nicki has joined Brite after a successful 17 year career with a high profile Department Store in financial, customer service and management roles. Nicki enjoys the pace of recruitment alongside the opportunity to work with a huge range of people on a daily basis.

Kay Cheshire – Kay runs the accounts department - based in Devon, and responsible for all of our finances – including payroll, invoicing and credit control.  Kay has extensive accounts experience – having spent at least the past 10-15 years within similar environments.  Working three days each week – Kay is still getting used to her long weekend.
