Call centre Insurance Advisor

Working within a call centre environment, dealing with new and existing customers relating to household insurance.  These are warm leads generated via their website and other contacts, you must be able to deal with the customer and sell any additional products and benefits, also pass leads across to different Dept's.  Excellent communication and organisational skills essential, with good listening skills.  Ability to work towards targets and within a team, previous insurance experience of a minimum of one year essential along with previous customer service experience, good strong keyboard skills, flexible to work shifts and also one in four Saturdays.  Commission on perform ace with good training and potential development to progress for the right individual.  This is an open plan office based on the outskirts of Torquay.
