Brite Recruitment began trading in central Bristol in 1998 with just two experienced individuals. We have grown to a nine strong team of individuals providing service throughout the West Country from two key locations, Bristol and Newton Abbot.
During this time we have provided temporary work to an average of over 350 people each year which translates to approximately a million hours of work. A high proportion of temporary candidates have secured permanent career positions from these placements.
Our Permanent specialists have secured jobs for over 500 candidates in positions ranging from Office Junior to Senior Legal, Technical and Accounts positions.
Throughout our history we have placed huge importance on personal contact and accessibility for candidates.
There has been a proliferation in recent years of non-compliant ‘virtual’ recruiter’s simply ‘pinging’ cvs around in the hope of hitting the occasional target.
Our locations in, central Bristol and at the railway station in Newton Abbot mean that we are very easy to visit for a huge chunk of the West Country population – and we will often go and meet individuals personally if they are more distantly located.
